While playing with the baby introduce HIDING HEIDI low contrast cards to assess face to face visual contact, the most important mode of communication during baby's 1st yr. Set has 4 cards with contrast levels: 1.25%, 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 25% & 100% and a blank card. Place the blank card over a "Heidi" face and simultaneously move each card out to the sides, utilizing a"preferential looking" technique. Record response distance & contrast level. LEA Symbols Low Contrast Translucent ChartThis low contrast chart was designed to be used in The Model A Cabinet for Translucent Charts offering proper test lighting conditions. Low contrast charts can ONLY be used in the cabinet. Use it with the 100% contrast chart (#A252400) and you can compare Snellen findings for 100% and 2.5% contrast levels. The 2.5% level of contrast is similar to the levels of contrast found in our daily environment.
